LOVE YOURSELF

Valentine’s Day is great for celebrating the love you have for family members, circle of support and friends, but let’s not forget to show love to ourselves! You could celebrate strengths and what makes you unique by making Valentine’s Cards or love letters to yourself! Other self-love activities might include focusing what brings you joy- maybe a walk outside or hanging out with your friends. Whatever you choose, be sure it celebrates you!
